WHAT IS CBD ANYWAY?
WHAT IS CBD?
CBD is short for CANNABIDIOL.
CBD is one of 113 known cannabinoids found in hemp plants.
DOES CBD GET YOU HIGH?
Many CBD users report a calming, effect. Others report an increased level of focus, while many find CBD provides relief from chronic pain. You may see benefits in one area while another person sees different benefits from CBD products.
CBD ISOLATE, is lab extracted, pure CBD. Isolate contains ZERO THC nor any other cannabinoids.
*most popular and in high demand
CBD DISTILLATE, is a whole plant extract and contains everything the hemp plant contains. Products made from distillate are referred to as FULL SPECTRUM Products.
*There is a form of CBD Distillate with "NO THC" but it's in there, just in such small amounts lab testing doesn't detect it. This material is far more expensive due to the extra process involved. This, in many peoples opinion, is the future.
HEMP, YEAH RIGHT, THAT'S JUST ANOTHER WORD FOR MARIJUANA THOUGH ISN'T IT?
HEMP is only HEMP because it contains THC levels UNDER 0.3% This is considered trace, or very small amounts, NOWHERE near enough to produce any sort of "HIGH"
IS CBD LEGAL?
The short answer is YES, but with a asterisk*
CBD derived from AMERICAN GROWN INDUSTRIAL HEMP, is indeed *50 state legal.
For example, CBD derived from cannabis, is NOT legal, except in medical / recreational marijuana states.
Keep in mind CBD is still "NEW" to many people, including lawmakers.
*The United States Department of Agriculture, under The Farm Bill made AMERICAN Industrial Hemp and all products from AMERICAN Industrial Hemp 50 state legal. NOW, there are some states that have "BANNED" CBD products at the state level. These state level bans are the result of misinformation, ignorance and are largely ignored and short-lived.
